㉤ Armament Level

The fourth concept is the Armament Level( \( [Ar] \) ), which is also a factor of security force. The Armament Level refers to the aggregate of various means to preserve or increase the profits (capacities) of a political organization. This includes military capacities such as guns, knives, tanks, and fighter jets, but it can also include food and money, as well as ideological resources such as history, culture, and ideology. In the context of national politics, the Armament Level is primarily military armament.

If the enemy invades, weapons such as guns or fighter planes would become important as armament levels, but if a currency war breaks out between the government's economic department and an international hedge fund, foreign exchange reserves and currency swap agreements with other countries become armament levels. On the other hand, in the case of a historical war such as China's Dongbei Gongchang to include Goguryeo, a Korean ancient history, into their own history, having pre- empted advantageous logic and theories in related academic fields or widely publishing pamphlets explaining their own position abroad become armament levels. In other words, the entrenched capacities that each political actor possesses in each layer of Samjae capacity become armament levels.

Cohesion force and armament level are the primary determinants of security force, with cohesion force generating unified strength (willpower) and armament level providing means to amplify the effect of that strength. Therefore, if an actor with strong willpower employs powerful means, the security force will be very strong. Conversely, if either the willpower or means is weak, the security force will be correspondingly weak. If both are insufficient, the security force will undoubtedly be extremely vulnerable.

In terms of armament level( \( [Ar] \) ), knowledge and technology are crucially important. As exemplified by the Song dynasty's political promotion of military technology development and the British Navy's assistance to inventors in command technology development in the 1880s, various types of knowledge and technology, especially military weapons technology and knowledge, have affected military power and directly influenced political power. However, this is not directly related to politics.
